# Claude Code 2.1.275 adds send-now and account skill sync

> Claude Code 2.1.275 adds send-now to flush queued mid-turn messages and syncs claude.ai skills/plugins; it also fixes a terminal API 400 behind rewriting gateways.

Claude Code 2.1.275 landed September 17, 2026 — the same day as 2.1.274 — and the change you will actually use is how you interrupt a long turn.

Send-now is Ctrl+Enter, or Ctrl+X then Ctrl+S. It stops the current turn and flushes every queued message at once. Sent and queued text stays gray until the model receives it. If you have been stacking course-corrections while Claude is still working, this is the dump: cut in, send the queue, keep going.

Terminal sessions signed in with a claude.ai account now sync the skills and plugins enabled on that account. Opt out with `syncClaudeAiSkills: false` or `syncClaudeAiPlugins: false`. Write and Edit results on files in the synced account-skills folder now say the change is not saved to your account, and how to save it. The `ListPlugins` tool description was tightened so Claude knows it lists plugins enabled on the account, not plugins installed locally with `/plugin`.

Plugin install picked up a small workflow bump: `/plugin install <plugin> --marketplace <source>` offers to add the marketplace before installing.

In VS Code, the proposed-change diff tab now has accept and reject buttons under each change, so you can review an edit hunk by hunk. The same build lets you view, edit, and delete a saved memory inside the Memory dialog, and send an attached image without typing any text.

The 2.1.275 notes also fix a terminal `API Error: 400` on every turn for users behind a network gateway that rewrites API error responses when a beta request header is rejected. If you sit behind a rewriting proxy, check that line after you upgrade.

Run `claude --version`, then try send-now on a live turn. If you sign in with claude.ai, confirm which skills and plugins landed — or set the two sync flags to false. Read the 2.1.275 release notes for the VS Code per-change buttons and the rest of the fix list.
