# ServiceNow's Control Tower Alliance names the vendors around enterprise AI governance

> ServiceNow’s Control Tower Alliance names OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, NVIDIA, Stripe, and others to govern enterprise AI through its control tower.

On October 28, 2026, ServiceNow announced the Control Tower Alliance, a new program to help customers adopt enterprise AI through the Super Intelligence Control Tower.

Founding members are Anthropic, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cisco, HiddenLayer, Kong, NVIDIA, Okta, OpenAI, Stripe, WitnessAI, and Zenity. ServiceNow describes the group as companies in AI, cloud infrastructure, security, governance, value measurement, and token metering. Anthropic, AWS, and OpenAI appear on that roster. The release does not include separate statements from those three.

The alliance commits curated integrations and pretested partner solutions for enterprise-wide governance orchestrated by the Super Intelligence Control Tower. ServiceNow says the tower’s mission is a centralized control plane to discover, secure, govern, observe, and measure enterprise AI. Members, it says, will help customers turn AI into business impact that is discovered, observed, and governed there. The alliance is designed to coexist with the ServiceNow Store and the Workflow Data Network Partner Passport programs.

ServiceNow says partners will work with it in three ways:

- Build together on solutions that run on the tower, rather than as standalone tools customers have to integrate themselves.
- Deliver with governance through ServiceNow qualification, certification, and shared standards for agent identity and safety guardrails.
- Sell and lead together, so select partners integrate offerings that ServiceNow sells and supports globally.

For customers, the company says that means a curated set of AI solutions that have passed qualification, certification, and integration testing before they are listed.

Member comments in the release are partner statements, not a ServiceNow feature specification. Cisco’s DJ Sampath said connecting Cisco AI Defense with ServiceNow lets customers bring AI asset visibility and security findings and drive remediation. NVIDIA’s Pat Lee said NVIDIA OpenShell enforces boundaries at runtime while ServiceNow gives agents workflows and business context. Okta’s Ely Kahn said the alliance combines ServiceNow’s containment decision layer with Okta’s kill switch to block new token requests from agents acting beyond their intended scope, and described a shared vision of open standards for a cross-platform kill switch. Scott Woody, CEO and founder of Metronome, a Stripe product, said Stripe is joining to help businesses put usage- and outcome-based pricing into practice with reliable billing, real-time visibility into usage, and controls on spending.

Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer, and chief operating officer, said AI governance needs partners because no single solution can see or protect everything on its own.

ServiceNow labels future capabilities, integrations, and expected benefits as forward-looking, and says results can differ if certification, regulation, collaboration, or demand do not go as planned.

Read the October 28, 2026 newsroom release for the founding-member list and the qualification language before treating any partner comment as a generally available ServiceNow feature.
