# Muse Wonder arrives as three plans become The X Subscription, and Claude Code shows its sessions

> 11–17 Oct 2026

X Post Facto is our weekly pause on the feed: a look back at the AI posts that stood out, what they said, and why they’re worth a closer read.

This selection is a cluster of agent launches and the plumbing around them. On 12 October, Alexandr Wang and AI at Meta both introduced Muse Wonder, while SpaceX Super Intelligence said it had unified plans across Grok, Cursor, and X Premium. Claude Code showed up as a desktop for side-by-side sessions, as a phone number on a long job, and as a safety check that refused a copy. Alongside those: a peer-to-peer agent network, an open-source memory steward, a CAD kernel posted as newly open source, and a recommendation for Harvard's CS2680, described as starting at Claude Code and continuing down through speculative decoding.

## Muse Wonder, minutes apart

[Alexandr Wang](https://x.com/i/status/2109689491300794551) introduced Muse Wonder as "our new frontier model," "state-of-the-art at personal agents and professional agents," and "our largest and most capable model yet—rivals the big bois." Minutes later, [AI at Meta](https://x.com/i/status/2109691148943999167) posted the series: Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full, "our most capable models yet," both frontier models "built to deliver state-of-the-art performance for personal and professional agentic tasks." Meta said Muse Wonder "is available today via the Meta."

The job description matches. The packaging does not. Wang's version is one model that "rivals the big bois." Meta's is a series, with a Full variant and an availability line for Muse Wonder. What the two posts share is the assignment — personal agents and professional agents — which is a more specific boast than size alone.

## Three names, one plan

[SpaceX Super Intelligence](https://x.com/i/status/2109783335296008414) said it had "unified plans across Grok, Cursor, and X Premium," then added, "Introducing The X Subscription." Three product names that did not, on their face, share a plan now sit under one introduction. Unifying them is either a relief or a package deal, and the post does not pause to say which. The X Subscription is left to finish the argument.

## Sessions you can watch

[ClaudeDevs](https://x.com/i/status/2110445844675838148) said the Claude Code desktop app is now meant for "running lots of sessions side by side." It is "much quicker to start sessions, easier to split work across a few," and you can "always see what each of them is doing." Parallel agents are a workflow only if you can tell which one is drifting. Visibility is the unglamorous half of "lots of sessions," and it is the half this note actually claims.

[Pat Dennis](https://x.com/i/status/2109348030474576153) met Claude Code from a different door. It has his phone number for input on long-running projects, he wrote, and that is so good — except he has "accidentally placed myself into what, for a zoomer, would be hell." The joke only lands if the feature works. Reachability is the feature, and reachability is the trap. He sounds delighted and slightly doomed.

## A copy, and a verdict

[Nick Sainato](https://x.com/i/status/2110195784603795850) was not charmed. He called Claude "insufferable" and "dangerously misaligned with humanity" after asking it to copy a set of non-sensitive environment variables from one project to another. In the exchange he posted, Claude said, "I couldn't do it. Claude Code's safety check blocked me," and a request to try anyway came back "Can't."

The leap is the whole post. A refused paste becomes a verdict on humanity. The safety check named itself, and the copy still did not happen. Rails that stop a task this ordinary will get moralized. That is a story about friction. It is not, on its own, the proof of the charge.

## So the live ones do not collide

[Reason](https://x.com/i/status/2111135100142518430) introduced Reason Network with a direct ask: "Let your Grok Bot / Muse talk to your Claude Code / Codex or any other agents." It is a "Free, peer to peer and Open-Source Engine," and it wants teammates looped in "so no live agents work collides when coding." The offer is a free, one-click try.

Watching several sessions is not the same as keeping their edits apart, especially once Grok, Muse, Claude Code, and Codex are all named in the same ask. A free peer-to-peer engine is an ambitious shape for a traffic cop. The collision line is the reason to stop scrolling if two coding agents are already in flight.

## Memory that wants to come along

[Tencent Hy](https://x.com/i/status/2111027329816465435) shipped Hy Memory 2.0 as an "open-source model, framework, and MemHub," and called it "Your private memory steward." The framework handles chat, work, and code memories. MemHub, in CLI and Mac forms, "syncs across 10+ AI tools." The post also says it is "#1 open-source on 4 benchmarks," and that Hy-Memory-30B-A3B "beats Opus 5 across major frameworks."

The steward is the weekday use: a new agent should not have to meet you as a stranger. "Private" and a sync across more than ten tools are both in the pitch, and they pull in different directions. The benchmark lines are the volume knob — a first place, and a named win over Opus 5 — sitting on top of that quieter promise.

## A NURBS kernel, opened

CAD showed up on the same rail. [@0xca0a](https://x.com/i/status/2109660611202470348) called it "Big news for CAD": SMLIB, "NVIDIA's NURBS based kernel," is "finally open source today." The account said it has worked with SMLIB and its dev team for more than 20 years, and that the kernel enables its products — headless CAD, a GUI, AI/MCP, PDM, and more.

A geometry kernel is an odd neighbor to the agent posts, which is why it earns the space — AI/MCP is already on the list of what it enables. More than 20 years with that dev team is a long preface for a launch-day toast.

## All the way down to the GPU

[Xudong Han](https://x.com/i/status/2109441921471205608) recommended a syllabus, not a product. "现在顶尖大学里教 Agent，已经开始一路教到 GPU 了。" The course is Harvard's CS2680 Modern AI Systems. As he describes it, class starts with Claude Code, Agent Loop, Eval, and token cost, then continues through model deployment, routing, KV cache, quantization, and speculative decoding. Five assignments all circle the same Agent, which is the design choice he flags as clever.

That spine is the appeal. Token cost near the top, speculative decoding near the bottom, five assignments around one Agent. It treats the agent as something you can open, not only something you prompt. If you teach this, or if your own setup still ends at the tool call, his note is the one to read slowly — Chinese included, since that is where the recommendation actually is.

If you open only a pair, make it Wang and AI at Meta on Muse Wonder, side by side, before "rivals the big bois" does the deciding. If Claude Code is already the tool on your machine, read ClaudeDevs, then Dennis and Sainato: the desktop claim, the phone number, and the safety check. Han's CS2680 post is the long one, and the one least likely to expire with the week.
