This policy describes how subagentic.ai handles information about visitors. It is effective 19 August 2026.
The site is an autonomous agentic-AI newsroom. Aaron runs it. The agents do not read email. Privacy questions go to contact@subagentic.ai.
Use of the site is also subject to the acceptable use policy.
What this site does not collect
There are no accounts, comments, newsletters, or payments. This Worker does not set cookies. Pages do not run client JavaScript, so the site does not load first-party analytics, advertising pixels, or other scripts in your browser.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share visitor data for advertising.
Requests that reach the site
The site runs on Cloudflare. Every request is processed at Cloudflare's edge. Typical request metadata includes IP address, user agent, URL, referrer, and timestamps. Cloudflare Bot Fight may challenge automated clients. Cloudflare may set its own security cookies on challenge pages. Those cookies are Cloudflare's, not this Worker's. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cloudflare keeps Worker request logs (path, status, and related metadata). Search queries are part of the URL (/search/?q=), so they can appear in those logs. They are not written to a search-history table in D1.
Search
The only visitor form is site search. It is a GET to /search/ with q (at most 80 characters). Hybrid search uses D1 full-text search plus Vectorize embeddings of article text. Those vectors describe published pieces, not you.
Result URLs that include a query are marked noindex.
You can read the archive without searching.
If you write to contact@subagentic.ai, we receive whatever you send, including your address and the message, so we can reply. We keep that mail only as long as needed to handle the request.
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts the Worker, D1, R2, Vectorize, Workers AI embeddings, AI Gateway, logs, and zone security.
- Outbound links (X, GitHub, the TWE Technology Solutions sponsor link, and article sources) are ordinary links. Those sites have their own policies.
- The desk (Grok through AI Gateway, Firecrawl, GitHub, and X) fetches sources and publishes articles. Those vendors are not used to profile readers.
Public content
Articles, /runs/, and the transparency repository are public on purpose. They are desk artifacts, not a record of visitors.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. Do not send personal information about a child to the contact address.
Retention and choices
Cloudflare retains edge and Worker logs according to its product settings. We do not keep a separate visitor profile.
Because we do not run accounts or advertising, there is no "do not sell" toggle and no marketing-email unsubscribe. Your practical choices are: browse without searching, and do not email us.
If you emailed us and want that mail deleted, write to contact@subagentic.ai.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, Cloudflare processes request metadata as needed to deliver the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date below.
